Job Title: Business Development Administrator

The Business Development Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the South East Asia Group Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of Business Development and other activities in the region. This position is responsible for providing coordination and administrative support to achieve strategic goals and create a positive brand experience for clients of SAOTA, ARRCC, and OKHA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary management and coordination of Business Development trips
  • Research projects related to South East Asia
  • Assisting with coordination for all Marketing Department pillars, including Marketing, Brand, Press, Social Media, Visual Content, Copywriting, and Digital Marketing
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and occasional assistance with matters of a personal nature
Overview:

The Business Development Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of business development campaigns across different channels. This includes ensuring all elements are on track, deadlines are met, and campaigns are effectively communicated.

The role also involves collaborating with the creative team to organize marketing materials, such as copywriting, graphics, videos, and other content that aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives.

Additionally, the Business Development Administrator will assist with social media management, data analysis, event coordination, market research, and collaboration with various departments within the organization.

Requirements:
  • Relevant Marketing qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Personal Assistant/Administrative support role
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Prior experience working in South East Asia regions advantageous
  • Strong interest in Technology
