We are seeking a Business Development Executive - Insurance to join our team in East London, Eastern Cape. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the insurance channel.

Key Accountabilities
  • Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in the insurance channel to drive revenue growth.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads to ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of direct sales experience in the insurance industry
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
