Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at RecruiTech. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new clients within the corporate space and managing pipeline to ensure conversion rate is applied and revenue generated to reach targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect effectively in order to secure appointments with qualified leads
- Plan & execute approaches & pitches to clients
- Handle & overcome client objections
- Present solutions to clients
- Negotiate with clients and prospective clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits
- Maturity
- Own Vehicle and Valid Drivers Licence
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the Courier industry specialising in domestic and international courier transportation
- A solid Sales Track Record will be required
- Confident and Assertive
- Solid Business Development / External Sales experience
- A Go-getter and Hunter
- Good networks and understanding of the market
- Highly Customer Centric and Service Driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Great organizational and time management skills
