Job Summary

The Recruitment Council is looking for a Client Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a Client Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and growing our customer base through the promotion and sale of financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve customer growth, revenue, and collections targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients and developing new leads through internal campaigns and referrals.
  3. Conduct financial needs analyses to identify suitable products for clients, ensuring effective product offerings and meeting regulatory requirements.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client queries promptly and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

  • Prior experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving targets and growing customer base.
