At Coloplast, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Service team in South Africa. As a key member of our Finance and Business Support team, you will be responsible for driving business operations, processes, and project management to deliver our commercial agenda and facilitate growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service leadership, with experience in process mapping, architecture, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for defining, measuring, and monitoring key SLAs/KPIs, driving project excellence, and analyzing processes to identify areas for improvement.

As a key liaison with Sales, Marketing, Consumer, and Business Support teams, you will ensure commercial activities are aligned with business area strategies. You will also be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of ABP commercial priorities, owning the Business Continuity Plan, and ensuring robust contingency plans are in place.
