Provincial Sales Consultant

Job Overview
The role involves assisting the provincial manager/team leader in reaching the provincial objectives related to prestige and private sectors, as well as income and profit targets. This is achieved by effectively managing staff behavior and fostering relationships with group company personnel across branches through training, support, and motivation. The consultant will ensure the continuous and successful sales and distribution of Insurance and Bancassurance products via the branch network, which includes business staff and proactive teams.
Key Responsibilities
Implement sales strategies and identify new sales opportunities. Address all compliance matters and ensure compliance targets are achieved.Required Qualifications
Completed Matric. NQF 5 FAIS Qualification. RE Certification. Valid driver's license.Experience Requirements
2-5 years of sales experience with Standard Bank, specifically in selling SBIB products. Proven track record of sales success within SBSA. Experience in delivering business cases or sales presentations to groups. Familiarity with performing basic functions on BDS and other relevant computer systems, with elementary problem-solving skills.Behavioral Competencies
