**Job Overview**

Fidelity Services Group seeks a highly motivated and organized Customer Relationship Consultant to manage and develop key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  3. Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts and ensure growth and profitability.
  4. Prepare detailed proposals/quotes based on client requirements.
  5. Contribute to planning roadshows and marketing activations to enhance visibility.
  6. Regularly update senior management on account performance and sales forecasts.
  7. Timely resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  9. Travel to meet with key clients and attend industry events as needed.

**Essential Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
