**Key Accountabilities**

  1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  3. Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts and ensure growth and profitability.
  4. Prepare customized proposals/quotes dependent on each consumer's requirements.
  5. Support the planning and execution of roadshows and marketing activations to enhance brand visibility.
  6. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and sales forecasts.
  7. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  9. Travel to meet with key clients and attend industry events as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
