About the Position

We are looking for a seasoned Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and implementation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies across operating companies.

You will work closely with senior managers to implement the MTN brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand image and identity implementation. You will also provide consultancy on annual and quarterly plans to ensure delivery of marketing plans in line with MTN business strategy and brand priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic brand management, with at least 12-15 years of experience in a senior management role. They will also possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies across operating companies
  • Implement the MTN brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand image and identity implementation
  • Provide consultancy on annual and quarterly plans to ensure delivery of marketing plans in line with MTN business strategy and brand priorities
  • Manage and resolve issues that will result in severe time, scope, productivity, and cost or resource impact
  • Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, elicit inputs from relevant parties
  • Drive adequate risk mitigation and controls, and elicit inputs from relevant parties
