Broadacres (Pre
- & Primary), Chartwell (Primary & High), Honeydew, and other new prospects in Gauteng and beyond. You can think of it as Skye College, a Thrive.ed school.

Our Skye College Honeydew campus is located at Zeiss and Piet Retief Roads, next to the

Eagle Canyon Golf Estate. At present we have 350 learners across our Pre
- and Prep School, which we look to grow to more than 1,200 learners in the next couple of years.

- In the short term, our Skye College Campus Head will be responsible for leading the school and building a community where students _thrive. _The Campus Head will oversee the transition to the brand-new custom developed campus and growing and guiding the school to Johannesburg’s most exceptional learning community. The Campus Head will also act as the head of one of either the Prep or High School.

**Accountable to**:Board of Directors

He or she can expect to spend most of their time on the development of the learning community. Below we illustrate key results areas:
**STRATEGY & EXECUTION**:

- Help formulate the school’s strategy;
- Provide clarity to the organisation on the school’s objectives;
- Provide clarity to the rest of the school on how to execute our strategy;

**DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT**:

- Provide input on the design and development of our multimillion Rand

21st century learning community that is being developed.

**CORE SUPPORT**:

- Ensure that the school has effective internal systems, processes, policies and procedures;
- Collaborate with the Thrive.ed CORE Support team (as the case may be);
**RESOURCE+**:

- Develop, together with the Board, an annual operating budget and financial targets for the school;
- Takes full responsibility for delivery of budgets;
