Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive growth in the hospitality and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
    • Create and manage annual marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  2. Brand Management
    • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Develop and implement brand campaigns to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
    • Monitor and analyze brand performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  3. Digital Marketing
    • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
    • Manage the company's website and ensure it is optimized for user experience and search engines.
    • Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
  4. Content Creation and Management
    • Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  5. Customer Engagement and Retention
    • Design and implement customer loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
    • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve services and customer experience.
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  6. Event Management
    • Plan and execute marketing events, promotions, and partnerships to drive customer engagement and sales.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
  7. Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
    • Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and design software.
