Regional Manager Job Description

Kencorp is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our regional operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Regional Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive regional strategy that aligns with Kencorp's brand positioning and growth objectives.
  • Lead Regional Operations: Direct and coordinate regional operations to ensure seamless execution of business plans, maximize return on investments, and increase productivity.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with stores, landlords, government, developers, retailers, media, and competitors to enhance brand positioning and drive growth.
  • Financial Management: Develop and maintain financial analysis of the region, prepare activity reports, and ensure compliance with all aspects of the Brand.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, develop regional budgets, and ensure achievement thereof.
  • Team Leadership: Support restaurant teams in ensuring stores comply with operational and brand standards, and actively engage with the national marketing department to develop region-specific marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Education: B. Com degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 5 years experience at a Regional management level in the restaurant, retail, food, and/or franchising industry, with experience in company turnarounds, commercial and retail property.
