Moladira Skills is seeking a Business Development Representative to promote and sell fibre products and services in Kempton Park and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster relationships with clients to understand their fibre needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the fibre sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales calls and customer onboarding.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A flexible approach to work hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client meetings and site visits.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the telecoms industry, particularly in fibre sales or a related field.
  • Sales certifications or training, such as Sandler Selling System or Dale Carnegie.
