Executive Culinary Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage diverse, high-quality menus for all meals and special events, ensuring a unique dining experience for guests.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
* Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control, to maintain efficiency and reduce waste.
* Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
* Collaborate with lodge management to design menus that cater to guest preferences and dietary needs.
* Ensure a clean, organized kitchen environment and efficient operations, promoting a positive work culture.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or similar environment, with a track record of success.
* Culinary degree or equivalent professional training, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
* Expertise in creating innovative dishes with a focus on local, fresh ingredients, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, high-pressure setting.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
