Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of Grade 12 education
- Sales and/or marketing qualifications are advantageous
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
- Demonstrated success in leading a team to surpass automotive sales goals
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Strong focus on targets
- Clear criminal history
- Proficient in computer usage
- Able to perform under pressure
- Self-motivated and disciplined
