About the Role

The Marketing Strategy Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, enhances our brand reputation, and increases customer engagement. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
