Marketing Specialist Role in Cape Town

As a Marketing Specialist at Initiate International in Cape Town, you will be at the forefront of driving innovative digital marketing campaigns and MarTech projects that push boundaries. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge marketing campaigns that leverage data-driven insights to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Partner with external vendors and agencies to deliver high-impact creative campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project reports and insights to measure campaign success and inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing or MarTech environment, preferably within iGaming or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, Social Media, and Affiliate channels, with a focus on using data to drive customer acquisition targets.
  • Proficiency with digital tools like Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and campaign management software.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with tracking link management and attribution models, with an ability to measure campaign success accurately.
