Job Title: Senior Operations Manager for Customer Experience

At CallForce, we're seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our contact centre teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive business growth by leveraging your expertise in process improvement, strategic planning, and talent development.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize service delivery, quality, and efficiency
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of supervisors, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, develop solutions, and drive results
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve operations and achieve business objectives
  • Analyzing trends and optimizing processes to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Establishing and managing budgets, forecasting resource requirements, and leading recruitment efforts to ensure adequate staffing levels

Requirements:

  • Maturity and relevant certification as a call center manager or equivalent qualification
  • 2-4 years' experience in a BPO call centre management position, preferably with a strong track record of delivering results under SLA constraints
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage supervisory teams, driving outcomes through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in English, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Educational Background:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Estimated Salary Range: R 850,000 - R 1,050,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and job market conditions in South Africa.
