Dynamic Office Coordinator for Soulify

Soulify, a dynamic engineering company based in Centurion, seeks a skilled Office Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a young and vibrant female in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in general office administration and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel). A basic knowledge of bookkeeping with experience in Pastel being advantageous. They should also be bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
This role involves various responsibilities, including front office duties such as answering telephones, directing calls, and welcoming guests. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining the filing system, and managing office supplies.
In addition, they will liaise with suppliers for facility management, manage cleaning staff, and oversee the general office condition. They may also be required to assist senior management with tasks such as booking flight tickets and accommodation, handling special requests, and generating approved orders using Pastel and Sage Intacct.
Requirements include a Matric certificate, 2-3 years of experience in office administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of bookkeeping. Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential for this role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are also required.
