We are seeking an exceptional Emporium Automotive Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our automotive products, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The key requirements for this role include:
- A Matric qualification
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Spare Parts Sales, preferably with Heavy Commercial Vehicle spare parts sales (Truck and Trailer)
- Computer literacy in MS Office and SYSPRO
- Good understanding of sales administration
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Resilient and able to work well under pressure
The duties of this role include:
- Increasing sales
- Quoting on and selling spare parts and ancillary products
- Handling and following up on customer queries and back orders when parts are not available
- Working together with warehouse, technical, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Handling counter sales and printing picking slips for the Dispatch department
- Maintaining Syspro sales orders, ensuring only valid orders are in the system
