About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to develop and create a favorable customer rapport with all clients. You will work closely with our warehouse, technical, and maintenance departments to ensure a smooth workflow and confirm if customers require goods before back orders are released.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales of spare parts and ancillary products.
  • Quote on and sell spare parts and ancillary products.
  • Handle and follow up on customer queries and back orders when parts are not available.
  • Work together with warehouse, technical, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth workflow and confirm if customers require goods before back orders are released.
  • Handle counter sales and print picking slips for Dispatch department.
  • Maintain Syspro sales orders, ensuring only valid orders are in the system.

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Spare Parts Sales preferably with Heavy Commercial Vehicle spare parts sales (Truck and Trailer).
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and SYSPRO.
  • Good understanding of sales administration.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Resilient and able to work well under pressure.
