As a Emporium Spare Parts Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling the full range of products offered by us. You will work closely with our warehouse, technical, and maintenance departments to ensure a smooth workflow and confirm if customers require goods before back orders are released.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to develop and create a favorable customer rapport with all clients. You will be responsible for increasing sales of spare parts and ancillary products, quoting on and selling spare parts and ancillary products, handling and following up on customer queries and back orders when parts are not available, and maintaining Syspro sales orders, ensuring only valid orders are in the system.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Spare Parts Sales preferably with Heavy Commercial Vehicle spare parts sales (Truck and Trailer).
- Computer literacy in MS Office and SYSPRO.
- Good understanding of sales administration.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Resilient and able to work well under pressure.
