This role is crucial for ensuring that the Business Process Manager and the broader Service Management Office's function are well supported, enabling the managed services teams to function efficiently and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, proficiency in productivity tools, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to manage client-facing communications with professionalism and responsiveness, and possess the ability to follow processes meticulously and help improve them where necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment where you can grow your career and develop your skills.
