Job Summary:

JeloCorp is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the heavy machinery sector.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and a deep understanding of the heavy machinery industry. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the heavy machinery sector.
  • Lead and Coach Sales Teams: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and foster a culture of success.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders to identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare Sales Forecasts and Reports: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance, measure KPIs, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Represent the Company: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
