We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Sales Manager to join our team at Mototeam (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our parts sales operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock levels and optimize sales performance.
- Lead a team of sales and inventory coordinators to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Develop and implement processes to improve stock turnover, reduce waste, and minimize losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in parts sales management, preferably in a franchise dealership environment.
- Proven experience with inventory management systems, including Keyloop/CDK/Autoline/Drive/Point-of-Sale.
- Strong knowledge of inventory monitoring principles and warehouse management.
- Ability to reside on the East Rand/Ekurhuleni.
