The primary duties of this role include providing technical support for Windows desktops, basic Windows Server support, and network installation and maintenance.

We are seeking a skilled junior to mid-level IT support technician with at least 3 years' experience in Windows desktop support, basic Windows Server support, and network installation and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Windows Desktop Support (10, 11) - proficient
  • Windows Server support (Server 2018 to current version) - foundational knowledge
  • Understanding of Network Cabling, Routing, Switching VLANs, Wi-Fi – foundational knowledge
  • Understanding of anti-virus and end point protection applications – proficient
  • Understanding of Switches, Network cabling, Patching, WiFi - proficient
  • Understanding of Network printing - proficient
  • Understanding of Internet connectivity, routers, 3G/4G - proficient
  • Understanding of Firewalls – foundational knowledge

A+ , N+ and Microsoft certifications are advantageous in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately R200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

In addition to the salary, we also provide a company vehicle for site visits and various benefits that enhance our employees' well-being and job satisfaction.
