Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial administration duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills in finance and administration to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue customer invoices and manage cash flow;
  • Process bank transactions, reconcile customer accounts receivable, and maintain accurate records;
  • Compile, communicate, and maintain client statements;
  • Calculate and submit statutory compliance, including PAYE, VAT, and income tax; and
  • Provide exceptional query management and support.
Requirements
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting;
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Pastel Evolution or similar ERP System;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is R420,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
