Job Title: Senior HR Lead

Prostaff Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and managing all HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement an integrated stakeholder engagement model to drive business outcomes.
  • HR Program Development: Design and implement cutting-edge human capital programs and systems to enhance leadership, productivity, and performance culture.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee retention and experience.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll function to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processes.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, provide guidance on conflict resolution, and develop strategies to promote a positive work environment.
  • HR Budget Management: Manage and optimize the HR budget to ensure all expenditure is in line with approved budgets.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or related field.
  • Previous senior HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Sound knowledge of payroll processes, HR practices, and labor law.
  • Leadership methodology and ability to lead organizational change.
  • Ability to drive metrics development and management at board level reporting.
