  • Business Analysis and Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with tools and techniques.
  • Data Analysis and Process Mapping: Proficient in MS SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Agile and DevOps Principles: Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles and practices.

Desired Experience and Qualification:

  • Degree: Industrial Engineering (preferred), Engineering, Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Business Solutions Analyst, Business Process Engineer, or similar roles with >10yrs+ experience.
  • Preferred sectors: Financial Service or Fintech >5years.
  • Software development / Project Management >2 years.
  • Understanding of business performance drivers: Income Statement, Cost optimisation, Unit management and profitability >2years.
