Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Retention Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for convincing and negotiating with existing and prospective clients to remain with Discovery Insure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve client retention targets by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for growth.
  2. Offer financial advice and sell product benefits where required, ensuring that clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  3. Monitor not taken up (NTU) targets and implement strategies to improve results.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely administration on relevant systems, maintaining high levels of data integrity and compliance.
  5. Meet monthly product and soft skills knowledge targets, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
  6. Maintain adherence to risk and compliance requirements, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
