Job Description
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes and maintain records for credit committee meetings.
- Engage with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant legislations.
- Provide administrative support to the credit committees, as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree qualification in finance, audit or accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Company's Act, PFMA, King IV and relevant legislations.
