Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead our product development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing Product Roadmap: Define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and consolidate them into the product roadmap.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), to drive productivity and quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT, preferably in product development or management.
  • Proven track record of success in product ownership, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
