Customer Service Champion

Palesa Mbali Group is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Champion to join their team in Roodepoort, focusing on the medical scheme space.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to stakeholders, including medical schemes, members, providers, employer groups, and intermediaries.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to educate stakeholders on self-help digital servicing tools and resolve complex queries efficiently.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, a Matric qualification, and a Call Centre or Customer Services certificate (advantageous).
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service requests
- Strive to resolve queries on first contact
- Educate stakeholders on self-help digital servicing tools
- Connect with customers across all channels, enabling an intuitive experience
- Provide a seamless, progressive, and holistic approach, understanding customer needs
- Resolution of specialized and complex queries
- Address customer complaints in alignment with policies and procedures
