Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Pretoria North. As a Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing key account clients and driving category growth through innovative practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive change and improvement with customers to deliver category growth through consumer understanding resulting in good insights, relevant innovation, and category management where relevant.
  • Driving volume and margin targets to meet forecasted sales and revenue goals.
  • Closely collaborate with the Quality team to identify opportunities for sustainable volume growth and add value to slow-moving products.
  • Contribute to client category growth through innovative practices, ensuring maximum market exposure and competitiveness within the customer partnership.
  • Track and analyze orders and procurement data to optimize sales volume and range assortment.

Reporting and Key Performance Indicators:

  • Ensure differentiated growth within the customer account, achieving optimal Service Levels and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and address customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions and feedback.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's / BCom degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG environment, preferably in the red meat sector.

Packages and Remuneration:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from R18,000 to R25,000 per month (CTC), depending on experience. This is a TCTC package with no additional benefits. Please note that only candidates who submit their salary expectation and most recent payslip will be considered for an interview.
