Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and providing technical support to our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Maintain accurate records, prepare documents, and manage databases.
- Project Coordination: Organize events, staff travel, and conferences, and manage project-related administration.
- Financial Management: Oversee office budgets, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Implement and maintain health and safety policies, ensure compliance with regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support administrative staff for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Office tools and CRM software
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
