About The Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Director to join our team at The Hiring House. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives;
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure they have the skills and support needed to meet targets;
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with sales representatives to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, including metrics and trends analysis;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in management and oversight, preferably in categories A, B1, B2, C, and retail pension funds;
  • At least 2 years of project management experience;
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
