Autonomous Dealer Director

Bonafide Human Capital (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Autonomous Dealer Director to lead our automotive dealership in Mbombela.

The Autonomous Dealer Director will be responsible for achieving business growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring control of cash flow, stock, and assets. This role requires a seasoned leader who can drive results, lead people, and develop effective teams.

• Deliver bottom-line results while ensuring compliance to company policies and corporate governance.
• Manage cash flow, stock, and assets at an optimum level to meet profit requirements and achieve a satisfactory return on investment.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive dealership revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with vehicle manufacturers and distributors.
• Ensure high standards of quality and workmanship are delivered, and customer acquisition and retention are achieved through effective customer-focused interventions.
• Forecast and track performance to measure and improve operational efficiency, and provide effective leadership and people management.

• At least 8 years of relevant retail motor industry experience, with at least 5 years of dealer operations management experience.
• Effective team management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle financing, stock management, and sales management.
• A sound understanding of finance and financial transactions, as well as OEM and distributor requirements.
• Minimum qualification: Senior Certificate (Grade 12/Matric).
• Tertiary business/commercial qualification, including sales and marketing, is desirable.

The estimated salary for this role is R850,000 per annum, depending on experience.
