Regional Property Manager

TalentCru is seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our estates and property portfolio within the respective regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the estates and property portfolio within the respective regions.
- Implement and manage programs for lease and contract renewals, consent and novations, landlord negotiations, customer liaisons, and other estates strategic projects.
- Develop and implement innovative initiatives to reduce and optimize operational expenses (OPEX).
- Compile management, dashboard, strategic, and operational reports and presentations.
- Manage staff, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure optimal collaboration and regular travel to and within regions.
- Matric (Essential).
- Relevant degree or diploma such as BSC - QS, Building Science, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Town Planning, or Property Management (Essential).
- Management courses or experience (e.g., MDP/MDC) (Desirable).
- 8+ years of relevant functional experience, including 2-3 years of knowledge experience in contractual legal requirements, environmental knowledge, and town planning knowledge (Essential).
- High productivity and entrepreneurial focus in managing operations, staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards, customer excellence, and quality assurance.
