About Our Client:
Our client is a leading boutique agency in South Africa, specializing in real estate with a focus on the Western Cape. They are renowned for their track record in commercial, industrial, and investment property transactions, positioning them as a premier agency in the region. With a team of experienced professionals and a strong client network, they offer expert property services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process headlease invoices, verifying bank details and onboarding new head leases.
  • Handle email correspondence related to variable and head lease matters.
  • Liaise with property owners to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Update transfer records accurately and maintain documentation.
  • Utilize project management software for data accuracy and organization.
  • Coordinate handover procedures for property transactions.
  • Facilitate communication among sellers, agents, buyers, and conveyancers during sales processes.
  • Manage commercial sections of the building.
  • Participate in splitting utilities bills and managing related processes.
  • Communicate with the Body Corporate on property management matters.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferred.
  • Prior experience in property management or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
