Job Title: Branch Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Management Leader to join our team at FNB South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and retail, with the ability to lead and manage branch resources effectively.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing operational policies and processes to maximise sales as return on capital employed, mitigating risks, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include driving and monitoring operations, migrating to enable the Branch to achieve maximum operational effectiveness, and influencing effective digitisation of customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales as return on capital employed by implementing effective operational policies and processes
  • Mitigate risks and ensure excellent customer experiences through proactive management and strategic planning
  • Drive and monitor operations to achieve maximum operational effectiveness
  • Influence effective digitisation of customers to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Measure and ensure compliance to Branch Audit and process requirements to mitigate risk
  • Manage people by executing management responsibilities and creating an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence
  • Identify opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers
  • Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Strong background in sales and retail with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with experience in leading teams
  • Ability to drive and monitor operations to achieve maximum operational effectiveness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions
