Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Isilumko Staffing (JHB) is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the Managing Director on a 6-month probation contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the MD, including diary management, travel arrangements, and setting up appointments.
- Manage budgets and expenses, as well as minute taking and agenda preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, including booking boardrooms and arranging logistics.
- Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Matric certification
- PA/Secretarial/Office Admin qualification
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in diary management and minute taking
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
