Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in East Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to key end-users and distributors in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives in East Africa
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to communicate value proposition
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective account management

Requirements:

* National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical field or marketing/sales
* Minimum 2 years relevant sales experience in the petrochemical and mining industry
* Proven experience in complex sales requiring a fair understanding of commercial and legal terms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

* Required to travel to any customer in the African continent, with a focus on East Africa
* Be required to work during normal operating hours, 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday
* Some flexibility is allowed to fit in with the requirements of the employee's Manager
