About the Role- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives in East Africa.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to communicate value propositions and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to grow the market share.
- National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical field and/or marketing/Sales from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience in the petrochemical and mining industry.
- Proven experience in complex sales requiring a fair understanding of commercial and legal terms.
- Ability to manage complex sales with long purchase cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Required to travel to any customer in the African continent, with a focus on East Africa.
- Be required to work during normal operating hours, 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.
- Some flexibility is allowed to fit in with the requirements of the employee's Manager.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 and $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
