About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Business and Commercial Lending Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating credit applications and assessing the risk associated with lending to Business and Commercial Banking customers.

With a minimum of 5 years' experience in credit risk management within the financial services sector, you will possess a deep understanding of credit risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements. A background in accounting, finance, business, and/or commerce is essential.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can travel frequently within Africa Regions and has experience working with SME and Commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in credit risk management within the financial services sector
  • Held a credit mandate or delegated authority for Business and Commercial clients
  • Experience working with SME and Commercial clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
