Main Responsibilities
  • Manage Business Term Advance product day-to-day to deliver desired outcomes and profitability;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale the product and achieve year-on-year growth targets;
  • Owning the execution of the Unsecured Business Lending marketplace;
  • Developing new features to elevate the VodaLend business value proposition and achieve necessary scale;
  • Negotiating commercial positions with third-party product partners;
  • Providing valuable insights to the broader team on industry trends and innovations within Business Lending and Fintech;
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly product performance reports and occasional presentations to senior management.
Essential Requirements

Must Have Technical/Professional Qualifications:

  • A relevant 3- or 4-year Business degree is essential;
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in Product development is required;
  • Fintech or Business Lending experience is preferred.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Prior experience in designing and developing Business Lending products is essential;
  • A deep understanding of the fast-paced fintech lending industry is crucial;
  • An awareness of regulatory requirements is vital.
