About the Role


  2. Take full ownership and lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, high-quality, and complete-on-time delivery of elevator services;
  3. Represent KONE in interacting with customers and other stakeholders;
  4. Support the sales team in following up with sales leads and providing KONE service and technical experience;
  5. Be there for the maintenance team in solving and closing open callouts and reacting in case of stopped equipment and or other safety issues;
  6. Lead the delivery of service according to contract requirements, time limits, and KONE quality standards and local regulations;
  7. Prepare the overall maintenance program and resource planning;
  8. Manage the maintenance team including daily human resource management (absences, timesheet review/approvals) and report project progress (schedule, maintenance hours, fitter time sheets, budget, and risk analysis) to the management team;
  9. Maintain accurate documentation and use KONE tools available.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory position in the relevant industry;
  • Experience in the elevator and escalator industry is a must;
  • An effective leader and coach with the ability to motivate a successful team;
  • A highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards high-level customer service;
  • The ability to work together as a team and promote a harmonious environment;
  • Passion for Mechanical & Electrical vocations, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus;
  • Excellent English communication skills.
