Salary: R22,000-R25,000 per annum

Job Description

The Elevated Equipment Specialist will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex machines and equipment. This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and test equipment to ensure optimal performance;
  • Follow established installation and operation procedures;
  • Respond to service requests and repair equipment in a timely manner;
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues;
  • Provide training and support to customers on equipment usage and maintenance;
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or managers as needed;
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Elevated Equipment Specialist must possess:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of water treatment plants and equipment;
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook);
