Competitive Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary based on relevant experience, estimated to be around $60,000 per annum.

Job Description

This role involves creating, pricing, and arranging trips to southern Africa for travelers through international agents. The key responsibilities include evaluating client requirements, providing timely quotes, making reservations, responding to inquiries, confirming services with suppliers, maintaining regular communication with agents, organizing meet and greets when necessary, staying in touch with tour guides during tours, handling client complaints and emergencies, and keeping in contact with agents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Evaluate client needs and preferences to create personalized itineraries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international agents and suppliers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely responses to inquiries
  • Familiarity with Tourplan and ability to input reservations efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of South African geography and tourism industry
  • Fluent English and Mandarin language skills
