Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Plans: Conceptualize and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Drive Business Growth: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content calendars for all social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative content strategies, creating compelling visual and written content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Campaign Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A degree in marketing or a related field is required, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth through effective campaign execution and strategy development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
