Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, monitoring and optimizing performance to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for improved targeting and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on Meta advertising trends and collaborate with web development for Pixel integration.
  • Assist in website development tasks and ensure website optimization for Meta ads and tracking.
  • Train team members on Meta ads and Pixel integration, explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


A strong understanding of Web Development Frameworks and CMS like WordPress and Shopify is also required. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.



Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant certifications in Meta, Google Ads, SEO, or web development
  • Strong background in e-commerce, Meta Pixel setup, and SEO practices
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and GA4 setup
  • Own transport
